Refund Policy

BSTY is committed to providing a transparent and user-friendly experience, including our approach to refunds. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchases on our platform.

All purchases made for premium memberships or paid services on BSTY are generally non-refundable, as access to features is granted instantly upon payment. However, we understand certain situations may warrant a refund request.

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a system or user error
• Unauthorized transaction or fraudulent payment
• Technical issues that prevent access to premium services despite valid payment

All refund requests must be submitted via email within 30 days of the transaction. Please include the following:

• Registered phone number or email ID
• Payment reference/transaction ID
• Reason for refund

We reserve the right to approve or reject refund claims based on our internal review. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and issued to the original payment method.
